30-day returns
If you are not happy with your Pupzy seat, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
Conditions
- The seat should be clean and in its original condition, without pet hair, odors or damage.
- Contact us first at architecturestack@gmail.com with your order number so we can send return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us may not be accepted.
Bundles
For 2-seat and 3-seat bundles, you can return the whole bundle for a full refund. If you return only part of a bundle, we will refund the paid price minus the bundle discount applied to the items you keep.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or refund you, including return shipping where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable except where we made an error.
Cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the return policy above applies.
